Refund & Return Policy – PARKEYWID

You can return or exchange an item under the following conditions:

The item must only have been tried on.

It must not be soiled, damaged, washed, or perfumed.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is in stock.

Preorders (Important)

Preorders are products made-to-order and produced specifically based on the number of orders placed during the preorder period.                                                   

Once the preorder period has ended and your order has been confirmed:

No cancellation

No refund

No size change (Except in case of a manufacturing defect)

This is in accordance with EU regulations regarding custom-made or made-to-order products.
