Refund & Return Policy – PARKEYWID

You can return or exchange an item under the following conditions:

• The item must only have been tried on.

• It must not be soiled, damaged, washed, or perfumed.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are only possible if the desired item is in stock.

Preorders(Important)

 

 

Preorders are products made-to-order and produced specifically based on the number of orders placed during the preorder period.

Preorder period: from 29/10 at 20:00 (Paris/Brussels time) to 05/11 at 20:00.

Once the preorder period has ended and your order has been confirmed:

• No cancellation

• No refund

• No size change

(Except in case of a manufacturing defect)

This is in accordance with EU regulation regarding custom-made products.
