Preorders (Important)

Some products may be offered as preorders. These products are made-to-order and produced specifically based on the number of orders placed during the preorder period.


Preorder period: from 29/10 at 20:00 (Paris/Brussels time) to 05/11 at 20:00.


Once the preorder period has ended and the order has been confirmed:

• No cancellation

• No refund

• No changes to the selected size or product

Except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

This exception follows EU consumer law regarding custom-made or made-on-demand products.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion. Restrictions may apply per account, household, or billing/shipping address.

You must provide current and accurate information, including email, payment, and account details.
